Flows at Bacton SEAL continue to reduce for Elgin Franklin as stock levels reduce. Flows for Elgin Franklin at the SEAL terminal are forecast to be zero from midday 19-Jan-2019. Rates are not forecast to return to normal levels until Gas Day 20-Jan-2019

Elgin Franklin gas export has stopped. Issues with a booster compressor are delaying restart. Gas export from Elgin Franklin is not not expected until this afternoon followed by a ramp up to normal rates.
