Impacted time period

Due to the tanker collision in the North Sea, the Rough standby vessel has mobilised to assist in the emergency. As such the Rough offshore facility has had to be shutdown until the emergency has been resolved, the area deemed safe, and the standby vessel returned to local operation. The start time/date of the event identified in this publication is the time/date on which this operational issue first led to a loss of capacity. However, at that point, based on all known circumstances and applying CSL’s standard assessment criteria, the loss of capacity was not assessed to be material. Circumstances have now changed and CSL has re-assessed the loss of capacity to be as published in this REMIT market message Production restored
