Tolmount Unplanned Outage The start time/date of the event identified in this publication is the time/date on which this operational issue first led to a loss of capacity. However, at that point, based on all known circumstances and applying CESL standard assessment criteria, the loss of capacity was not assessed to be material. Circumstances have now changed and CESL has re-assessed the loss of capacity to be as published in this REMIT market message.
